Friday

  • Welcome drink of non alcoholic apple & ginger cider from Hilly Billy Cider. Tea, coffee and biscuits.

  • BBQ feast including halloumi, pepper and portobello mushroom burgers, grilled seasonal vegetables, garlic butter new potatoes, organic chicken and freshly back bread.

  • BBQ sweet treats.

Saturday

  • Continental breakfast including locally sourced bread and native spreading as well as the classic spreads. Overnight oats, coconut yogurt, fresh fruits, bilpin apple juice, coconut cold brew and batch brew coffee, a selection of teas and hot chocolate.

  • Morning tea of biscuits and refreshments.

  • Freshly picked salad, frittata and locally sourced bread with sparking elderflower drinks.

  • Afternoon tea of hummus, goat cheese, crackers, and veggie platter with refreshments.

  • Pumpkin tagine, couscous, feta green beans and locally sourced bread with refreshments.

  • Gluten free brownies with cream

Sunday

  • Continental breakfast including locally sourced bread and native spreading as well as the classic spreads. Overnight oats, fresh fruits, bilpin apple juice, coconut cold brew and batch brew coffee, a selection of teas and hot chocolate.

  • Morning tea of biscuits and refreshments.
